For Mental Health, Wellness & Arts
At Carleton Place Collective, we believe that everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.
Therefore, Carleton Place Collective is a collective of independent mental health, wellness and coaching professionals providing a full spectrum of supports and services to children, youth, adults & families. Whether you are looking for support for anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, sexual assault, attachment, marriage counselling, etc. we have someone who can help.

Wellness plays an important role in preventing and managing chronic illnesses, reducing stress and anxiety, improving cognitive functioning, and increasing motivation and productivity. It also promotes healthy relationships, enhances self-awareness, and encourages personal growth and development. Hence at Carleton Place Collective we offer a variety of wellness services to meet the unique needs of our clients. Whether it's yoga classes, nutrition planning, breathwork, mindfulness or birthing support, we have you covered. Check out the services we offer on our Wellness Services & Events pages.
We believe creativity is an integral part of healing, growing and exploring ourselves. Whether it is drawing, painting, writing, journaling or using your voice our art space provides us with the unique opportunity to offer classes for children, youth and adults along with therapeutic expressive art workshops and groups all while surrounded by beautiful works of art in our Gallery. Our space is a collaboration of artists, creatives and therapists. Check out our list of events on our workshops/classes/events page.
